Business Accounting & Tax Solutions, Inc. is a local CPA firm specializing in the small business environment. We assist and counsel the owners and investors of the business to help meet their goals. The principal of BATS has over twenty years of experience with varied industries in public and private accounting.
	Our commitment is to the continued growth and success of the clients we serve. The policies of Business Accounting and Tax Solutions, Inc. are founded in our belief that the first priority is to serve our clients.


	Duane Metcalf, a Colorado native, has been a licensed CPA since 1983. He received his Bachelor of Science from the University of Colorado with a major in accounting and minors in statistics and finance. He received his Master in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from the University of Northern Colorado. He has worked with small to very large companies both publicly and closely held businesses. His work experience includes liquidation/forensic accounting, litigation support, IRS consultation and income tax planning and preparation for individuals and all types of entities. Duane is a member of the American Society of CPA’s and the Colorado Society of CPA’s. He is an Evans Scholar alumni and active in church and civic organizations in the Metro Denver area.
